With a background in electrical and computer engineering, Lucas D. Cardenas has spent five years in the Houston petrochemical industry as an Instrumentation Field Engineer, where he developed skills in troubleshooting and maintaining complex control systems. Currently, Lucas handles all IT and machine-related tasks for Sierra Madre Industrial Sales. Passionate about technology, Lucas has cultivated a diverse skill set encompassing computer programming, electronics, and metalworking.

Cristina Montes has spent many years working in customer service. With almost no fabrication experience, she has very quickly learned the ins and outs of running a machine shop. Between reconciling business accounts, maintaining customer relations, procuring supplies and material, and keeping the staff on track, Cristina is now an instrumental part of this organization.
